Festool Tabless battery pack BP 18 TBX 8 ASI

The most powerful and long-lasting battery pack in the Festool portfolio: No matter which machine, no matter which application - the TBX 8 with tabless technology ensures maximum power and endurance even in heavy-duty applications. The tabless cells make it possible: lower heat generation, longer runtimes and faster charging times. Thanks to AIRSTREAM technology, the battery pack is actively cooled with the AIRSTREAM fast charger SCA 16 before and during the charging process and is ready for use again extremely quickly. The optimised energy flow of the tabless batteries gives you that extra portion of power and ensures a longer service life for your battery pack. Equipped with Bluetooth®, it automatically starts a paired vacuum cleaner when the cordless tool is switched on - and, in combination with The Festool app, provides detailed information on the charge level, temperature or charge cycles. And, of course, it is fully covered by the Festool Service 3-year warranty.

Product details

Incredibly powerful with a long battery life

Thanks to tabless cell technology, the TBX 8 battery pack is ideal for heavy-duty applications with the highest power requirements.

Charged in a heartbeat

Due to their low heat generation, tabless battery packs can be charged directly without a cooling phase - so they are ready for use again in a flash.

Longer service life and greater reliability

Tabless technology extends the service life of the batteries. What’s more, the batteries are more reliable in the face of extreme temperature fluctuations: even after a cold winter’s night in the vehicle, your tools are ready for use straight away.

Stay connected

The battery pack can be easily connected to The Festool app. This gives you access to operating data such as temperature and the charge status at anytime. Regular software updates keep the battery pack and machine up to date.
