Festool Vacuum clamping nozzle CT-W

The innovative assembly aid for clamping and fixing workpieces on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Simply position CT WINGS at a 27 mm suction hose with machine sleeve, switch on the mobile dust extractor and then the workpiece is held in place by the suction power.

Ideal for scribing, marking, clamping or changing grip: In other words, whenever you briefly need one hand free. CT WINGS clamps workpieces up to 3 kg on horizontal and vertical surfaces on stable, dry, level, smooth and gas-tight sub-surfaces. Our recommendation: CT WINGS is perfect as part of a system – in combination with a Festool mobile dust extractor and extractor hose with a diameter of 27 mm.

Movable plates

Depending on the height of the workpiece, the corresponding number of movable lamellae is swivelled over the workpiece. The workpiece can be held in every position at the surface. The maximum clamping height is 50 mm.

Simple removal and realignment

For simple removal and realignment without having to switch off the extractor, simply open and close the slider.

Holding power of up to 3 kg

The neoprene sealing ring ensures reliable sealing and maximum suction power on the surface. The assembly aid has a holding force of up to 3 kg on all level and dry surfaces (the vacuum clamping nozzle is intended for the short-term clamping of workpieces on horizontal and vertical surfaces on stable, dry, level, smooth and gas-tight sub-surfaces).
